Easter baskets for teenagers can be difficult.  Teens are too old for the bubbles and chocolate bunny stage, but still enjoy receiving a basket on Easter morning.  A few years ago, I decided to forego the expense (and calories) of a ton of candy, and instead created an Easter basket with non-candy items he wants and needs.  Here are ten teenager Easter basket ideas to keep even your pickiest teenager happy.

Board Games

Teens love playing board games with family and friends, and these new games like 5 Second Rule, Speak Out, and Reverse Charades are entertaining and so much fun!  ($12.00 – $14.00)

Echo Dot

Get your teen an Echo Dot, the more compact version of the Amazon Echo.  They can listen to Amazon Prime music, find out the weather, organize their calendar, set a timer for homework, and even find out the current movie theater schedule, all from voice control.  As parent, you can add them to your household and set controls for ordering items through Amazon. ($49.99)

I found my sons last pair of headphones in the dryer, so I’m guessing he needs a new pair.  Every teenager needs 2-3 (thousand) headphones, right?  These Wiszen wireless blue tooth-enabled headphones are noise-cancelling, lightweight, and durable.   ($23.90)

Water Bottle

Every teen I know carries a travel water bottle around with them to stay hydrated.  These BPA-free Liquid Savvy water bottles have double-walled insulation to keep cold beverages cold and hot beverages warm.  They also come with three different lids: flip top, carabiner lid, and multi-purpose tethered lid.

If you have a teenage daughter, she will love you forever if you get her a few pieces of makeup, nail polish or accessories, especially if its one of the fun new colors for spring, such as this Kleancolor 12 piece Pastel nail lacquer set or makeup blender sponge kit (shaped like eggs).

Gift Cards

ITunes, Barnes & Noble, Starbucks, and local movie theater gift cards are always a win.  These Amazon gift cards are great too, because you can set them for any amount and your teen can use them for Amazon movies, music, and more.

Movies & TV

Stuff a few newly released blockbuster Blue Ray/DVD movies into their basket.  Some of the hottest movies this year are Fantastic Beasts & Where to Find Them, Sing, and Moana.  You could also get them a Netflix subscription.

Portable Battery Charger

Teens carry their mobile phones everywhere, but they may not always have a way to charge them.  This Anker PowerCore 1000 charger can recharge a mobile phone up to three times, and are perfect for sports events, date nights, and while studying at the library.

Pool/Beach Accessories

While it may still be a few months until swim season for some of you, here in Arizona, it will be swim season very soon.  New swim goggles, beach balls, and a unicorn pool float add a colorful addition to your teens Easter basket.

Portable Speaker

A portable speaker is something your teens can use while they are on the go, which is all the time.  This compact AYL portable speaker is water-proof, is blue-tooth activated, and has a ten-hour battery life, and available in fun colors.
